  • 350 grams of boiled chicken topped with olive oil and lemon juice combined with lettuce.
DINNER:
  • Green salad with radishes and onions or
  • 1 slice of whole wheat bread and 1 boiled egg.

If you experience hunger between meals take 1 apple, kiwi or orange, or a dish of chicken soup.
